Looking for a reliable and responsible supervisor to support the manager during this cherry picking season in Nangiloc. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills is required and a pro-active can do attitude is a must. Apply now! Salary:

Casual hourly pay starting at $27.46

Additional Information:

• Undertake picking to ensure target times are achieved

• Provide support to Manager and staff

• Train new staff at picking as instructed by the Manager and apply coaching processes as required

• Manage training schedule of all new picking recruits

• Prepare daily work order in the absence of the Manager

• Prepare daily estimate in the absence of the Manager

• The role starts will start off as casual however, there is a view to permanency for the right candidate.
