Harvest Supervisor

Location of the Job:

Looking for a reliable and responsible supervisor to support the Picking Manager in Red Cliffs/Nangiloc. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a fun personality is important and a pro-active can do attitude is a must. You can only apply if you are currently in Australia and have valid work rights

Salary:

Casual hourly pay starting at $27.46

Additional Information:

• Undertake picking to ensure target times are achieved

• Provide support to Picking Supervisor and staff

• Train new staff at picking as instructed by the Picking Manager and apply coaching processes as required

• Manage training schedule of all new picking recruits

• Prepare daily work order in the absence of the Picking Manager

• Prepare daily estimate in the absence of the Picking Manager

• The role starts will start off as casual however, there is a view to permanency for the right candidate.
