🌱 Pickers, Forklift Operators and Supervisors needed - Clyde
About the Role
Our Client is seeking skilled Pickers, Forklift Operators and Supervisors to join the team on-site at a leading culinary herb grower.
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and capable of performing physical, hands-on duties. Work commencing early December.
PICKERS:
Prior experience picking tomatoes, berries, onions or garlic advantageous. This role requires you to be fit and ready for physical duties.
FORKLIFT OPERATORS:
Must hold a Forklift licence and have a minimum of 12 months operational experience.
SUPERVISORS:
Previous experience supervising farm workers, committed and able to lead by example. Forklift licence and a minimum of 12 months operational experience is desirable.

Salary:
PICKERS: As per the Horticulture Award, a Casual Adult hourly rate for pickers will be based upon experience, and range from $30.35 - $31.19 per hour.
FORKLIFT OPERATORS: As per the Horticulture Award, a Casual Adult hourly rate for Forklift Operators will be based upon experience, from $32.04 per hour.
SUPERVISORS: As per the Horticulture Award, a Casual Adult hourly rate for Supervisors will be based upon experience, from $32.04 per hour
Additional information:
Previous experience picking herbs, tomatoes, onion, garlic or berries is preferred
Supervisors must have prior experience supervising teams of pickers
Hold a Forklift licence
Drivers licence / own transport required
Must complete an onsite induction prior to commencing
Can provide assistance with transport and accommodation, though there is limited availability.
Valid working rights to be verified - passport / licence & visa
Visas can be signed off for extensions if required
