About the role:

Are you confident behind the machine and able to deliver consistently high-quality coffee, even during peak service? Do you take pride in your latte art and enjoy providing outstanding customer service?

A local cafe in Mildura is seeking an experienced and professional Barista to join their team on a casual basis, with a genuine opportunity for permanency for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Strong, consistent barista skills, including espresso extraction and latte art

• The ability to remain calm, efficient and focused during busy periods

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• A responsible, organised and reliable work ethic

Salary:

Hourly rate of pay based on experience, between $31.19 to $32.31 an hour, as per the Restaurant Industry Award MA000119.
