Are you a dynamic and experienced professional ready to lead and inspire in the hospitality industry? Agriconnex are seeking a Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the success of a busy cafe in Mildura.

Responsibilities:

·       Staff Management: Train, schedule, supervise and support staff members

·       Customer Service: Interact with guests and ensure a positive experience

·       Venue Maintenance: Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and well-maintained

·       Compliance: Ensure the venue adheres to all relevant regulations and safety standards

·       Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in venue management or a similar role

·       Strong leadership and team management skills

·       Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

·       Solid understanding of hospitality and customer service principles

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·       This is a full time role, including one weekend day each week.

A competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 is on offer for the right candidate.
